If this were firmly secured, minority Americans would still enjoy equal civil rights, but no special group rights. I don't know if it can catch on but I'm glad the concept resonates with you. A closely related idea is anchor ethnic group. Hypothesis: Without an anchor ethnic group a state can not endure.
